We are now Espasante, further to the west, and on new ground! We are heading on round to Cederia this afternoon, about 20 miles, and on to La Curuña tommorrow. We have broken free of the fog at last, it made for tiring watches, and also there was an extrordanary amount of flies on the boat when we had it, v strange. Espasante is very nice, has a very diffrent feel now we are in Galicia. We are just about to go for a swim….

Dan went up the mast this morning to fix the lazy jacks which had gone slack.
